Overall:

I purchased my bravo sport 150 6 months ago and it is a great car to drive mixing performance with excellent MPG. Compared to other diesel in its class the engine is quiter and a 0-60 time of 9 secs and top speed of 130mph is among the best for a 1.9 turbo diesel. 80mph @ 2500 revs makes this car a pleasure to drive on the motorway, the ride is comfortable however the ride can be bumpy around town due to its stiffer suspension and low profile tyres. Headlamp output could be brighter however an upgraded bulb kit will sort this out.

Blue and me is standard on sport trims with a voice activated facility, there is also a text message reader and a USB port for you mp3 player. There is a city button which allows the steering to become super light under around 20mph which helps when parking and in town. MPG averages 45 - thats mixed driving, however is capable of 60mpg. Interior is modern and overall the car feels well built. Boot is of a generous size, bigger than a golf or focus however rear leg room has been sacrificed. Sport trim has ESP, ABS as standard and a hill holder function which eliminates rolling back up a hill. The 6 speed gearbox is smooth and well geared. Handling is good however the bravo is heavy weighing in at 1360kg. Radio is powerful and delivers clear bassy music. Insurance is cheap and the road tax band is £120 per year - not bad for a torquey diesel. If your looking for a economical stylish well built and reiable diesel car the bravo is for you.

Plus Points:
Stylish looks, fuel economy, performance, blue and me, city steering mode

Minus Points:
Ride in town can be harsh poor headlights
